The Founder’s Day celebrations of 2021 was even more special to the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, as on the very same day the SRM Hospital website was launched.

In the presence of the Vice Chancellor, the Pro Vice Chancellor (MHS), the Registrar, the Dean (Medical), the Medical Superintendent, the H’ble Pro-Chancellor (Academics) Dr. Sathyanarayanan launched the website. He gave his felicitations and said that the website would ensure the visibility of all the good works of SRM Hospital at a global platform.

The H’ble Pro Vice Chancellor (Academics) Dr. Lt Col A. Ravi Kumar mentioned in his address that the website would serve the needs of not only the patients, but also that of the doctors, the staff, the students, the regulatory agencies and accreditation agencies.

Dr. R. Arul Saravanan, Professor of Psychiatry, gave a brief tour of the website, explaining its salient features and many functionalities. He also thanked the website committee members and the tech team who contributed to its development.

In his address the H’ble Pro Chancellor mentioned that any project or venture in SRM family that was started on the Founder Chancellor’s birthday reached great heights and we fondly hope for the same for our SRM Hospital website.
