Battery Cars

Battery car services available within the hospital service areas for aged and patients with special needs.

Timing: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm

Canteen and Kitchen

⦿ The department is responsible for providing food & refreshment to the patients, attendees, visitors, and for special occasion.

⦿ We serve nutritional diet to patients as recommended by the dietician in their respective wards/rooms.

⦿ The food and kitchen are always maintained as per FSSAI standards

Housekeeping Services

⦿ The department is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the Hospital for us to provide effective healthcare.

⦿ Cleaning is carried out by teams of domestic housekeepers managed by Nursing Supervisor

⦿ We are focused towards improving hospital cleanliness and reducing healthcare associated infections

⦿ Our Housekeeping Staff plays an important role in building public confidence in the overall
cleanliness of the hospital environment

Laundry Services

⦿ The laundry building is spread across 10,000 sq.ft.

⦿ Soiled linen from various departments are processed through a mechanised laundry in the Hospital campus

⦿ The operation activities are controlled and managed by an outsourced Contractor

⦿ The machines are maintained by the machine manufacturer and the Maintenance Engineering Department

Front Office

⦿ The Front Office focuses on the entire unit of the Hospital.

⦿ It includes Patient Enquiry/Help desk, Patient Guidance, Outpatient Registration, Inpatient Registration and Billing Services.

⦿ Coordinate with various department for updating the policies, procedures, SOP’s from time to time
