Five of our final year B.Optom students and a research scholar presented their research work at the 3rd India Vision Institute (IVI) International Optometry Conference held at IIT Research Park, Chennai (13–15 Oct 2022).

They competed against several PG students and research associates/scholars across the country. They were, in fact, the only undergraduate presenters in the entire conference. Their work was well appreciated by the judges and other delegates.

I am happy to share with you, Ms. Shalini K (B.Optom – Intern) bagged the “Best Paper Presentation” award under the Refractive Error Research Category.
