SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) and Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNASDC) sponsored a highly impactful medical camp organized by the Department of Community Medicine at SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre.

The health camp, held on June 6, 2024, from 9:30 AM, took place at Thiruvanchery and was a significant event aimed at serving the local community. The Departments of Community Medicine and Audiology provided comprehensive care to attendees, addressing various health concerns.

A highlight of the camp was the special visit by Mr. S. R. Raja, MLA from Tambaram, who underscored the importance of such initiatives in community health and welfare.

The camp saw a turnout of 104 outpatients, with 70 cases being referred to SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre for further treatment. This initiative provides immediate healthcare services and ensures continued care for those in need.
