Kattankulathur, Chennai: Students of SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre have brought laurels to the institution by securing prizes at the International Conference on “Root to Research: Multidisciplinary Approach to Innovations in Healthcare (RRMAIH–2026)”, held at the University of Madras, Taramani Campus, Chennai.

Under the mentorship and guidance of Dr. V. Sathyanarayanan, Professor of Pharmacology, the students showcased their scientific knowledge, research aptitude and presentation skills on a competitive academic platform.

Vimal Raj K secured the Second Prize in Oral Presentation, while Deepikasruthi R received the Second Prize in Poster Presentation.
