The Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) students of SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre actively participated in SSSCOMCON’26, a student-led international conference held at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai, on 27th March 2026.
The participation was facilitated and coordinated by Dr. Kaveri P, Associate Professor, Department of Community Medicine, who ensured meaningful academic exposure and engagement for the students.
This initiative was carried out under the guidance of Dr. V. V. Anantharaman, Professor and Head of the Department, and Dr. M. Logaraj, Professor, Department of Community Medicine, whose support provided strong academic direction and institutional encouragement.
Organised around the theme “Global Action for Universal Health Coverage,” the conference served as a platform for academic exchange and professional interaction. The MHA students of SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre contributed through oral presentations, poster presentations, and interactive sessions addressing key public health challenges and healthcare strategies.
A total of 30 students participated, with eight students securing awards across multiple categories, reflecting their academic excellence and presentation skills.
This participation underscores SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre’s commitment to fostering research aptitude, critical thinking, and professional development among future healthcare leaders.
