Continuing Nursing Education (CNE):CNE is meticulously planned to help Nurses conform to the increased professional responsibilities and excel in performing standardized patient care. We create a skilled task force to equip them to meet the future demands of health care, using new teaching modalities that aid them to adapt to the ever changing health care technology.CNEs are scheduled twice a week and are carried out as per the year plan. In addition to the Nursing personnel, Doctors and other company representatives are also invited as external resource person.

On the Job Training (OJT):OJT comprises of case presentations, nursing rounds, neo therapy modalities and common drug presentations in their own respective clinical units.

- Experienced nurses are assigned to newly joined nurses in each unit at ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 in a Preceptor-Preceptee Training Model.
- Leadership Development Unit sessions are held bimonthly to improve the clinical knowledge, administrative, and leadership skills of our Charge nurses, Nursing Supervisors and Assistant Nursing Superintendents through problem-based learning.

- Hospital Infection Control (HIC) Training provides ongoing infection control precautions training to our nurses.
- Voice Record Training is an initiative towards paperless in-patient documentation for our nurses.
- Our nurses take part in internal and external conferences present papers and also have won prizes.
- Designated Tissue Integrity Nurses, Medication Management Nurses, Patient Care Coordinator, etc.
- Senior Nursing professionals are responsible for enhancing emergency skill, facility management, safety of patients and co-workers, standard practices, accuracy of documentation, linen management, accountability of consumables, etc.
