Quorum

Meeting is conducted depending upon the availability of the committee members. Minimum 50% of the members constitute a quorum. If less than 50% members, then the meeting will be organized at a later date.

Terms of Reference

Communication is sent individually to all committee members through the Chairman or Secretary at least 1 day before the meeting.

Role of Committee

  • To review the SRM Hospital website at predefined intervals.
  • To ensure the accuracy of the data given in the website.
  • To update the content of the various sections and pages.
  • To update department wise doctor’s profile – additions and deletions.
  • To update department wise – What’s New’ section.
  • To update the COVID 19 updates’ section.
  • To update the Vacancies through the ‘Careers’ section.
  • To compile and update the ‘Events & News ‘sections periodically.
  • To check for synchronisation of updates in the social media handles.
  • To ensure ongoing functionality of the website by checking its usability periodically.
  • To review the usage statistics of the website.
  • To suggest improvements in the design, content and aesthetics of the website.
